Natural Wild Flower Seeds

Preparing the soil is very important when thinking of using wild flower seeds. To enable the seeds to germinate, the area should be clean of weeds and surface roots. If you like to, you can use pesticides. It will kill the weeds, but will stay in the ground. You could turn the soil over and clear it by hand, if the area is not to big, or you can cover the area with plastic sheeting for about two weeks and let the sun bake the weeds away and the plastic prevent the top layer from getting any moisture.

Now don't mind me, but in today's world you just cannot raise all your herb plants from seeds, unless you want to wait forever for them to do anything. Here are a few of my favorite herbs to grow from seeds:

Using Perennial Flowers

If you want to have a garden that is more low maintenance and has plants that last a long time then you definitely should consider getting perennial flowers. Perennial flowers last a lot longer than other kinds of flowers. The exact time that they last for depends on many different factors such as the quality is sure in your garden as well as how will you look after them but in general they will last at least several years.

Later Flowering Varieties

For later flowering include dainty yellow and white tulip, which is native to central Asia, or bronze green and yellow, which is native to north eastern Iran. Both tulips look attractive in bud as well as in flower, and because they are multi headed you will have a pretty display from even one or two bulbs planted in the middle of the trough or around the sides.

Flower Window Box - A Small Eden on Your Window

Herbs and flowers have one thing in common. Fragrant flowers capture the imagination of fans and writers. Butterflies are also attracted by the scent and aroma they emit. Herbs, on the other cooks are let loose on them. And you can never escape their beauty into your window boxes. When butterflies start dancing silently around your beautiful plants, you can say that your flowers and herbs are in full bloom. Flower window boxes add a touch of elegance to your plants.
