when i say i barely have time for a morning routine adding supplements would be “too much” till this product. all you need in one packet - all i do is put in water?! easy.. and it taste good. what a great way to stay healthy haha

Isotonix multivitamin packet

Tried the Isotonix opc-3, Multivitamin,activated b-complex, Calcium plus powder,best it be taken with room temperature water,tried it with cold water and the affects varied,also it didn't fully desolve, but room temperature it desolved good and plus it tasted better and it made feel invigorated and I had energy all day.
