Frequently Asked Questions
Should I use Fixx Hair Growth Duo with other Fixx products?
Yes, 100%. Fixx products are designed to work together. Fixx Thick Hair Shampoo & Conditioner would be a perfect complement while using Fixx Hair Growth Serum to ensure hair is looking thicker, fuller and soft.
Is Fixx Hair Growth Serum tested on animals?
Fixx does not conduct or commission animal testing of any finished product(s).
I am sensitive to caffeine; can I still use Fixx Hair Growth Serum?
Yes! Caffeine in topical products works differently than when it’s consumed orally. When applied to the skin, caffeine primarily works as an antioxidant without causing the systemic effects associated with consuming caffeine, such as increased heart rate or jitters; however, it’s always wise to conduct a patch test first to ensure you don’t have any adverse reactions on your skin. If you experience any irritation or discomfort, it’s best to discontinue use and consult with a dermatologist.
What role does pumpkin seed oil in Fixx Hair Growth Tabs promote hair growth?
Pumpkin seed oil is a prized ingredient for supporting hair growth because it can support normal DHT levels. Hormones play a large role in hair growth, one being testosterone. When testosterone is met with the enzyme alpha-5 reductase, it is converted into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which then binds to the hair follicles. If DHT levels are too high, hair follicles may enter a resting phase prematurely, which can lead to shrinkage of the hair follicles and hair loss.*
How do the vitamins and minerals in Fixx Hair Growth Tabs promote antioxidant activity for hair growth?
Healthy levels of vitamin A contribute to hair health by promoting the natural oils that help keep our scalp moisturized. This oil, known as “sebum,” transports antioxidants acquired from vitamins to the surface of the scalp, providing added protection from environmental factors and free radicals to the hair follicles. Healthy levels of minerals, like selenium and zinc, have also been shown to support the hair growth cycle. Having excessive selenium and zinc or having too little zinc may be accompanied by hair loss.

I am seeing already in one month of use, not so wide a part in my hair and less emptiness in my crown. As an older woman, I was getting more stressed with trying to style my hair to cover the emptiness. I am experiencing less challenge doing that now and look forward to more success with the next couple of months application.
