The first thing is that I think everyone knows that Isotonix is one of the greatest products we’ve ever developed. However, I’m disappointed with the new the bottle. I like the new look of the bottle and the label. But the cap is a real issue with my customers. The cap holds enough water for one serving however when you fill it to the top to get the correct water amount and they try to stir their isotonix or other products, the three tabs in the bottom of the cap that is used to snap the cap onto bottle gets in the way of stirring the product. Also filling the cap with the correct amount of water in the cap they wind up spilling the product. So they’re using the old cap instead. Maybe we need to rethink the design.
