ANB Baby was established in 2006 in Brooklyn, New York. We carry all of the essential baby and child care products and provide superior customer service, both in our store and online. We are committed to our community, and have supported many charity organizations with donations of toys and strollers. We welcome everybody and promise our customers that they will leave our store happy and that we will go above and beyond what we can do to achieve this. We have been selling children's products for years and stand behind the products we sell. We are authorized retailers of every baby product we sell, which means that you will be covered for a full manufacturer warranty. Not every online baby store can say this. We carry strollers, car seats, toys, child care products, feeding items, maternity/postpartum items, and other top baby gear. Most of the items are stocked and will ship within 24 hours of purchase.

30 Day Return Policy

We give all of our customers 30 days to evaluate the item and if you are not completely satisfied you can return the item back to us. All items returned must be in new and unused condition in its original box or they will not be accepted.

The box must contain all pieces including manuals and warranty cards or the return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for packaging the items back to us and shipping via a carrier where the item has tracking information and is insured. If the item is damaged when it arrives to us its your responsibility to deal with the carrier in filling a claim.

There are no returns on personal care items that have been opened i.e. Breastpumps, bottles, breastfeeding accessories, etc. All returns are subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee.

Shipping cost will be credited back only if the return is due to a faulty item, or if the return is due to an error on our behalf.

You should contact us for RMA numbers prior to any return for an item (this can be done via phone or email).

The RMA number must appear on the outside of the box. If the information is not available the receiving department may decline the item and it will be returned to you at your cost.

If you are missing parts for an item please call us immediately so we can help with the issue.

Since we are authorized retailers of all items we sell you can also contact the manufacturer for more details and if they are unable to assist you in any manner please call us.

Please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed and money credit back.

Please understand that we will work very hard to keep our customers happy with our service and allow us time to be able to tend to your requests.

If the item has been purchased to ship in the US and then it is sent or brought abroad by any party, that item will not be eligible for a return unless there is a defect which has to be reported before the item leaves the US. We cannot be held liable for any items that were broken in transit to a foreign country, that were not directly shipped by ANB BABY.

Sale items are final sale and no returns accepted.
