Customer Service Policy
We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms). Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition (including all packaging and tags, and shoe boxes if applicable). We will deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund of a shoe return if the shoe box is used as the return packaging, as it diminishes the resale value of the shoes. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. Used merchandise can not be returned. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your return for processing your refund. Your payment will be refunded in full less all shipping costs. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. When we receive your package we will process the return within 14 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Should you choose to return an international item for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and restocking fees and as well may be responsible for taxes and duties to facilitate the return of the item to original the purchase location.
