Return Policy Details

BEYOND Stores is proud to have one of the best return policies on the internet. If you are not happy for whatever reason, you may return your new and unused item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of your purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs.

If our product was offered with free shipping, please be aware that if you return one of these items, our outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee from the manufacturer we order from, which will be deducted from your refund should you decide to return your item.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We are not able to take returns of products that have been assembled or modified.
