In the unfortunate circumstance of an item being received damaged or defective, please contact customer service through [email protected] and we will work with you on getting a replacement. Refunds will only be offered if the item is out of stock or no longer available. In some cases we will need the item returned back to us and may ask at our discretion. For returns we will need to be contacted to process a return within 14 days of your invoice date. In cases where we request and receive the product back in packaging like new condition, we will issue a store credit for 80% the item price. The credit will be processed within 14 days from when we receive said item.
