Return Policy Details

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please pack the item gently and carefully. Please note that if the item is broken, damaged, squeezed, or used, we will not be able to process your refund.Shipping fee is non-refundable. 
Customer will be responsible for the return and/or re-shipping fee.
Please take your time to carefully see each item's descriptions and product photos before purchasing. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All shipment and returns will be from and to our studio address in La Jolla, California. SALE ITEMS (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 
EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
For an exchange of the purchased items with our other items, customer will be responsible for the return and re-shipping fee. If there any price differences between the items, we will send invoice for the additional price. A $3 handling fee will be added to the invoice on all qualified exchange.
