Returns:

Please contact us via email ([email protected]) if you wish to return an order. We must be notified within 30 days if you wish to return an item. Item(s) must be returned within 10 days from notification of return. Shipping charges or credit card processing fees are not refunded. Refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Item must be in new and unused condition, unopened package, tags still on and without damage. Please make sure to include your order # inside the return.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged from either USPS or FedEx please contact us immediately. We will put in a claim for your packaged and either issue a refund or a replacement. All claims must be made within 7 days from when the package was delivered. If you contact us after 7 days we will NOT be able to issue a refund or replacement. We sell our items as collectibles to keep in the package. If you open your collectible and it breaks or is defective we are not responsible; you need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.
