"Customer Support is atrocious. The sales representatives are willing to lie to sell the products. I was told my laptop came with a free tv then looked at the bill and saw I was charged $200.00 for the TV in addition to the laptop at 518.00 and the rest of the order. Then when I called to initiate a refund the agent never put it through. A week later and I am still fighting to get my money back. If you plan on ever using computer support in anyway Run don't walk away from Dell. Horrendous service. Also I never received my computer. "
