I has been wearing and washing this arm ban for at least 15 years. My back disc were being crushed from carrying purses on my shoulders. I threw away all my purses and use only the arm band. Best thing I ever did. Only the band with the Velcro pocket works as a purse for convenience when getting a credit card or cash out to pay. Years ago I have these band away for Xmas gifts by the dozen the were only priced about $11 and they stopped making in the small size to fit a small wrist. Sometimes I have to take a tuck to make snug. I have never lost a card since I started wearing this wallet. Washes nicely in washer.
