"The customer service was terrible (actually non existent). Not once ever was I able to speak to a actual person! You are told by an answering machine to email customer service for any questions or concerns. That email is then answered by an automated response that claims they received your email and will get back to you. To which they never did. I was certain my worst fear of losing my money had happened. One month after the estimated delivery date it finally appeared. Never did I get a reply, response, update, apology, NADA!! Thankful I wasn’t ripped off but highly agitated at the lack of customer service. "

Destination = Basic Delivery time and rates

Standard shipping is via FedEx Ground. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 - 8 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Saturday 9am to 8pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. delivery will be attempted only during normal business hours Monday to Friday. The item will not be left without a signature on file.

Shipping Time = Orders should arrive in 5-10 business days.

Standard Return Policy If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return on most brands within 30 days of you receiving your item(s) Please note that certain items are considered custom or special request orders by the manufacturer, and certain products are non returnable.
Non returnable items: Assembled and/or Modified items or out of original packaging, Mattresses, Custom made or special request items-leather couches, chairs, fabric changes, Opened bedding materials.
Please note, returns after 30 days of receipt will be subject to approval and an in store credit may be issued in lieu of refund, depending on the elapsed time and condition of the merchandise.
In the event you do not like or no longer wish to keep your order, a restocking fee will be applicable to most items returned. The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the rare case that your item(s) unfortunately arrive damaged replacements are usually offered at no charge. However, should you choose not to pursue replacements the damaged or defective products can be returned for credit as outlined in our Standard Return Policy.
Orders that have been shipped or prepared for shipment can not be cancelled. If we are unable to cancel your order it can be refused and credit as per our Standard Return Policy will be issued back to your original payment method.
