I have been using your products for years. In fact, a doctor recommended them to me. And, although I am satisfied with your products, I do NOT like the new bottle design, and especially the new opaque cap. I am a person who just uses the cap to measure 2 oz. of water. The clear cap made doing that easier, since you could see through it and it had a little line to mark the 2 oz. level. On the new caps, it's hard to see the 2 oz. line on the inside of the cap, since it's the same color as the cap. My sense is, you did not do the redesign as a "convenience" for your customers, instead, the opaque plastic of the new cap is a cheaper type of plastic and so the packaging costs you less to make, a savings that is not passed on to your customers.

HATE the New Caps

I love the product itself, but hate the new caps. If you don't place the new caps on just right, the bottle falls when you pick it up. More importantly, the old caps were a measuring cup for the product. It was convenient for several reasons. I am disabled, and if I had to leave the house and take my vitamins & OPC3 with me, it was easy to measure out what I needed instead of trying to find a measuring cup if I was in the hospital or at someone else's house if I needed help.

Bring back the old see-through cap!

I have been taking OPC-3 for many years and I would not go without it. So the product is 5 stars, as many issues I used to deal with are gone - BUT the new cap is not at all good for measuring the water - you can hardly see the line for the 1 serving measurement. What was wrong with the previous caps? I agree with others who have the same issue. I'm saving my old caps, please bring them back! I also like the old label coloring on the bottles better than the new, as it was easier to differentiate the products. Why mess with a good thing?

The product is and has always been exceptional,I take it every day and each day I feel better. The only complaint I have is when I made my order I tried to sign up for auto shipping but the system would only allow auto shipping if I doubled my first order . I did not appreciate that. I will continue to use the OPC-3 even though it cost more but you may want to fix that double pay thing.
