"Ordered Sportslegs on 03/01/18. Site showed order shipped 03/06/18. Actually given to FedEx on 03/14/18. Estimated to arrived by 03/22/18. Three weeks to get an item shipped by FedEx. Horrible. When an item's label is created it should be taken to a shipment point or be collected by the FedEx agent during his route. Being as I live in Memphis, the home of FedEx, I know how their system works, so I know this was either laziness on the part of the company or poor process management. In either event, I ordered these because my wife NEEDED them. Not three weeks later. I will never do business here again."

"Avoid this store by all means! The shipment takes forever. Placed an order 12/16, received the package on 1/3. The packaging consisted of plain plastic envelope, therefore the items inside arrived damaged. I have been calling the customer service number 3 times a week for last 3 weeks, wrote e-mail to them as well. By calling you can only leave voicemail. No response to e-mail. 3 weeks later I haven’t spoken with anybody from customer service yet."

"Just learned today, December 21, that my item, shipped on December 13, is not expected to be delivered until the day after Christmas, December 26. I wish I had payed the $5 dollars more it cost on another site. Would not order from this company again.......was under the impression item would be delivered in time for Christmas. 13 days to deliver within the United States...,REALLY!?....and since I had to pay shipping, I really didn't save enough money for a Christmas present that will be late......and was ordered in plenty of time to be delivered on time for Christmas. BAD ON YOU!!!! Would not order from this company again."

We understand that returns and exchanges can often be a hassle. That is why we try to make things as easy as possible for our valued customers. We will gladly accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days. After 30 days you can use your manufactures warranty if one is included with the product purchased.

Returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective exchanges for different products than were originally purchased may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Non-defective products must be unopened to be eligible for return. For all returns the customer must assume shipping and handling costs back to our facility. Limited Goods will pay for shipping exchanges back to the customer.

All returns without the proper authorization from Limited Goods are subject to return to buyer. Please contact customer.service@limitedgoods.com to request a return for you order.
