Return/Exchange Policy:

-We do not provide RMAs or Prepaid return labels for returns. The customer is responsible for returning the order back to us. Please include a note with your name and order number for quicker processing.
-Please ship to the Return Address below:

-We offer a standard 30-day return policy for refunds. 
-Items must be returned in new, unused condition. 
-Please keep your shipping box to use for the return. We do not reimburse costs incurred from purchasing new shipping boxes.
-SHOE RETURNS: Original shoe box/bag and other components (Shoe Laces, Studs, etc.) must be returned as well. 
-APPAREL RETURNS: Original Tags MUST be returned attached to the clothing item. Clothing items must be returned in new condition. Washed items will not be accepted.
-We DO NOT offer Free Returns.
-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. However, we will certainly provide a return label if there was a shipping error on our end (Ex: We send the customer the wrong shoe size, color, etc.).
-Buyers who refuse/reject packages without prior authorization are subject to incurring the refusal fee by the courier. The fee, ranging from $12 - $20, will be deducted from the buyer's refund.
-If you received damaged/defective/or the wrong product in error, please contact us for a resolution. Picture verification may be requested. A paid return label will be provided to the customer in the event that a shipping error is confirmed.
-Please do not tape the shoe box closed and/or use the shoe box as the return vessel.
-Used returns will not be accepted or may be subject up to a 50% restocking fee. Please test products indoors prior to using on outdoor surfaces.
-We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using a shipping courier that offers tracking information (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) for return orders. Tracking information will help verify when a return is received back to our facility.
-Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-reimbursable, unless there was an error made by MyShoeSpot. 
-Please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
