These are very beautiful but also very very heavy and hurt to wear. I have made 3 calls in attempt to return them and am not getting through to anyone that can assist me. Been waiting on a "returns" email for 2 days now. I am very disappointed with the customer service I am receiving.
Beautiful earrings to be worn for a short period but definitely not an everyday wearable earring I am seaking. I will try another style from layered as I do love layered !
Please please can customer service assist with return? I only have 30 days and I feel like they are prolonging the return intentionally. If these were for a customer of mine I would be embarrassed but they were for me, so trying to be patient.
