Impossibly tender and out-of-this world tasty, your meal will be memorable when you feature this boneless prime rib roast, no matter what the occasion. Wet-aged and hand-trimmed, this classic cut of meat is beautifully marbled to ensure a decadent roast every time.

Cooking Instructions:
Preparation Instructions:
Take Prime Rib Roast out of the freezer 1-2 days prior to cooking and place in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 500°F. Place your Rib Roast into roasting pan with rack.
Evenly spread 1/2 lb of Herb Butter over entire top and sides of Rib Roast until completely covered.
Place in 500°F preheated oven and roast for 5 minutes for every pound, 4 lb. roast should be cooked for 20 minutes.
After roasting at 500°F for 20 minutes, turn oven OFF (DO NOT OPEN DOOR) and let roast sit for 2 hours in closed oven. After 2 hours, remove roast and let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving. Based on this cooking method you will have perfectly cooked the Prime Rib Roast to a medium doneness.

Our cattle are humanely raised in the Midwest. They are antibiotic, steroid, and hormone free, grass-fed and grain finished for a nutty & rich flavor. Steaks are wet-aged for 28 days.
Why Wet-Aged? The biggest difference between the meat served at a restaurant and what you purchase at the grocery store is aging. All of our beef (except ground products) are aged in-house for 28 days. The aging process naturally breaks down enzymes in the meat and reduces exterior moisture levels, condensing more flavor inside each cut. Retail stores usually offer unaged meats because they retain a brighter red color in the display case. Our longer aging process prioritizes flavor and texture, so you can achieve restaurant-quality results in your kitchen.
As mandated by the USDA, cattle are raised and fed through operations that provide a low-stress environment. Animal handling facilities are designed by world-renowned animal care experts, and prioritize delivering access to fresh, clean water and adequate shelter.
