Place roast, sealed in its oven bag, into the refrigerator overnight to defrost. When ready to cook preheat oven to 375° place roast into an oven safe roasting pan. Using a knife make a 2-3"" slit in the top of the bag to release air while the roast cooks. Then place into the oven and cook for 35-45 minutes, until it reaches 135 - 145° using a meat thermometer, depending on how well done you prefer your meat.
