Burgers & Steaks made with premium Black Angus & Wagyu Beef
Hand-trimmed and individually vacuum sealed

Ships uncooked & frozen
Burgers: Cook from frozen. Grill or Broil: Add burgers and cook for approximately 5-6 minutes per side. Pan Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side.
Steaks: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 5-7 days. Cook steak according to a meat thermometer rather than a time table. Remove steaks from grill, pan, or oven 5 degrees before desired doneness. Let steak rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
Rare: 125-130°F
Medium Rare: 130-145°F
Medium: 140-145°F
Medium Well: 150-160°F
Well: 160-170°F
Chicken: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3-5 days. Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat, then add breast and brown for 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 6-9 minutes. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F, then place breast on foil lined baking sheet and cook for 17-21 minutes. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray, then preheat to medium high and grill breasts for 3-4 minutes per side. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165F.
