Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 150F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Place product on foil lined baking sheet. Cook for 12-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150F. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium high Grll product 5-6 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 150F.
