SHOP.COM MarketPlace is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75.00 and $8.50 flat rate shipping on all other orders. Our preferred carrier is UPS Ground. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. (Shipping rates are subject to change.)

Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to items ordered from SHOP.COM MarketPlace only. Most items ordered from SHOP.COM MarketPlace may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of shipment. Return requests must be made within 30 days of shipment, and returned within 15 days of the issuance of a return merchandise authorization. We must receive the returned items within the 45 day period. All returns must be 100% intact, in the original carton or packaging, unopened with the RMA number (see below). All accessories that come with the package must also be included. Unfortunately, if merchandise is returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, or if you request a refund more than 30 days after shipment, we will be unable to issue a full credit (see Restocking Fee below).

No refund (We will exchange if original is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped).

Gift Cards: No refunds Restocking Fee In some cases we will charge you a 15% restocking fee, based on the condition of the item being returned. If a new product is returned open and it cannot be re-sold as new, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.

If a refurbished product is returned and it’s missing its accessories (e.g., manual, remote, cables, etc.), a 15% restocking fee will be charged. If a return is requested more than 30 days after shipment, a 15% re-stocking fee will be incurred.

Returning Merchandise
Before returning any item, you must first obtain an RMA number from our Customer Service Department. RMA numbers must be included on the outside or inside of the shipping box (not on or inside manufacturer packaging). All packages returned without a RMA number will be refused and returned to you and you will be liable for all freight.
