Return Policy Details

Most items purchased from Market America through shop.com and getlayered.com may be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 calendar days of the date they were shipped to you. Food, custom ordered items and gift cards cannot be returned for a refund for any reason. If you want to return an item to Market America, please contact our refunds department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your item. In order to receive a refund on an item:
