"Got my order wrong and shorted me one item. Just one small item. I emailed their customer service mmediately and never heard back. After 4 days, I sent another email but they never responded. If I was able to select no stars for the rating, I would. "

Return Policy Details

All orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Product must be returned unopened with tags still attached for full refund. If you receive a damaged package, or defective item we will gladly exchange or refund your order after it is sent back. We will issue an additional credit for return shipping costs due to our error.
