"Did not get the correct products and they are very slow in responding....they wanted a picture of wrong item sent. I did what they asked and I haven't heard back from them. In the meantime I have to buy the product form someone else. I'm not a Happy Customer. :-("

"If i could select no stars I would. They sent me the wrong product, then when I requested a refund and a return label they blocked my email address.

The reason for the problem:
5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.1.0 Sender denied'\"

I will never do business with this company again and you shouldn't either.

"I ordered something 11/25 and never received it. I tracked the order and it was sent back and received by you 12/28. After two e mails and one phone call I still do not have my refund. The latest e mail gave me the tracking number. If Perfume Worldwide checked they would of seen the package was delivered back to them (I don't know why as the address was correct) but they gave me the tracking number. Not Good"

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used. This also includes opening the plastic cellophane wrapping of perfume/cologne box.

Returns will not be accepted 30 days after the shipping date.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error.

If the purchaser wishes to return an item, which was unused and unopened, he or she is responsible for the shipping cost for the return.
