Factory Sealed
Factory Sealed products are new, in original manufacturer packaging, and carry manufacturer warranty.

Open Box
Open Box products are in original manufacturer condition, include accessories, and carry the greater of the manufacturer or 90 Day Tech For Less warranty. Manuals and software might not be included, but can usually be downloaded from the manufacturer. These items can be in the original manufacturer box or repackaged for protection during shipping.

Factory Refurbished
Factory Refurbished products have been returned to a service center and restored to meet manufacturer quality standards. They may show limited signs of use and carry the greater of the manufacturer or 90 Day Tech For Less warranty. Manuals and software might not be included, but can usually be downloaded from the manufacturer. These items can be in the original manufacturer box or repackaged for protection during shipping.

Refurbished
Refurbished products have been restored to meet manufacturer quality standards, may show limited signs of use and cosmetic blemishes. They may be missing some accessories that are not needed for the functionality of the product and carry a 90 Day Tech For Less warranty. Manuals and software might not be included, but can usually be downloaded from the manufacturer. These items can be in the original manufacturer box or repackaged for protection during shipping.

"Don't get me wrong,I like the the LG television that I perches from y'all company.Now if I knew that it was going to have a little damage,I would not have bought it.But the TV picture is so clear, that I was able to see pass the damage."

"I won't give no star to this store. I am having a problem with a laptop I bought from them last year and paid for a 3 year protection plan. A few month ago, my laptop stopped working. It was time to retrieve information about the plan. During my inquiries I called the customer service of \"Tech for less\" and the lady on the phone was not able to handle the problem but revealed to me that the laptop was \"Open Box\" for an item that was supposed to be brand new. Then maybe she felt that I had too many questions she couldn't answer, she hanged up on me : very, very rude. I called back and a guy saying he is the supervisor was not able to solve the issue either. From now on, I will read reviews before buying."

"We purchased a printer and ink. Shipping was timely but we received a non working printer that was supposed to be new but arrived with the ink already in the printer. They sent us a second printer that also did not work and actually had the same issue as the first. Again, it was supposed to be a new item however there were ink smudges on the outside of the printer. They refunded the printer money as they did not want us to return them but have yet to receive the refund for the ink we could not use. We were also left paying over $26 in shipping for items that were broken. We will not be ordering from this store again. Buyer beware."

Most orders ship the business day after they are placed and we ship using USPS, SmartPost or FedEx Ground, depending on the product.

Return Policy Details

·        You may return most products for a refund during the first 30 days from the invoice date (excluding shipping and handling charges and applicable restocking fees). You must return the product in its original or equivalent packaging that was shipped to you, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.
An automatic 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for their original and return shipping costs. Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. The return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable.

·        Please note that once an order ships, we cannot change the delivery address, nor set this up for a hold at the shipping company for pickup, nor cancel the order.  If the shipment is refused by the customer or otherwise returned to us, it will be considered a non-defective return and the customer will be responsible for all the costs as noted above. 

·        If a defective product was purchased from Tech For Less as Factory Sealed, Open Box, or Refurbished, and the manufacturer Warranty applies,  you will need to contact the manufacturer first for assistance. Please contact us if you need help working with the manufacturer, or to request an RMA to return the item back to us.

·        If the manufacturer is unable to assist, and you are outside of the 30-Day return window, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange for shipment to our repair center. Just as is required when shipping an item to the manufacturer for warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. We will ship the repaired item back to the customer at our expense.

·        Product that is returned that contains a tampered, damaged, incomplete or missing serial number will not be accepted for return. WE VERIFY ALL SERIAL NUMBERS AGAINST OUR INVOICE AND SHIP RECORDS.

A pre-paid return label will be emailed to the customer when the RMA for a defective return is approved. 

If Tech For Less cannot reproduce the reason for a defective return, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Returned product must be complete, in original boxes and packaging materials and contain all software, accessories, and blank warranty cards provided at time of original purchase. Customer will be charged the replacement cost of missing, damaged, or altered products and accessories

Software, ink and toner may be returned only if the factory seal remains intact and is subject to the remainder of this policy.

In the event that a product received by the customer is defective and the product has been removed from the country after delivery within the USA, the customer must return the product to the ship-to address listed on the invoice, and then Tech For Less will provide a shipping return label for the return to Tech For Less. Tech For Less will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees related to this return. Taking a product permanently out of the USA may void the warranty. Please check with individual manufacturers for specifics.
