I've been taking Daily Essentials for 20+ years and didn't think it needed any improvements. Then my mentor-from-afar Gary Brecka, shared this H2TAB with nano bubbles!! I heard the bubbles work like Scrubbing Bubbles in our gut, improving the absorption of nutrients in the Daily Essentials. It takes about 2 minutes for the H2TAB tablet to dissolve in the Daily Essentials mixed in room-temperature water. In 5-10 minutes after taking it, I can tell it reached my small intestine because I get an urge for a bowel movement. (I know it's TMI 😅) I'm in love with this new cutting edge H2TAB and am confident that I'm ahead of the curve in having optimal health with this protocol! I highly recommend it to anyone, who wants to optimize their health!!
