Frequently Asked Questions
What are electrolytes?
Electrolytes are essential minerals like sodium, potassium and magnesium that help regulate hydration, muscle function and chemical reactions; the body relies on consuming these minerals to maintain proper balance and function.
How does black pepper extract help?
Black pepper extract enhances nutrient absorption by supporting intestinal permeability, promoting the effectiveness of minerals like magnesium.
Why use pink Himalayan salt?
Pink Himalayan salt is minimally processed, free of pollutants and rich in trace minerals, making it a pure and superior sodium source.
Which electrolytes are most important?
Sodium, potassium and chloride are essential for fluid balance and muscle function, with sodium being the most vital.
Can you have too many or too few electrolytes?
lectrolyte balance is key; the kidneys help regulate levels, but too much or too little can disrupt body functions.

I have been a chiropractor for the past 25 years. I came across the Tower Electrolyte Mix just recently and I can't say enough good things about it. I love that it doesn't have all the sugar that a lot of the more commercially sold brands have and I feel that my body definitely feels more energized during my day with this product. I mix it in 30-40oz of water and recently added H2Tab in with it and WOW! I haven't stopped talking about this with my patients and will be handing out samples regularly to help get people better hydrated.
