"I ordered a NutriMill Artiste mixer from shop.com, and UnbeatableSale was the seller. This was my first shopping experience with shop.com and UnbeatableSale. I was concerned later, after reading tons of horrible reviews for UnbeatableSale, that I had made a terrible mistake. I immediately called customer service to get confirmation of how the process worked, including shipping info. Other reviewers are accurate when saying UnbeatableSale customer service is horrible (customer service deserves 0 stars). The person that took my call was rude and treated me like an inconvenience. Most importantly- and why I gave 4 stars, my order was processed and delivered as promised, with no discrepancies."

"The slippers I bought were too small and I called Unbeatable Sale to find out how to return them. The person I spoke to really didn't want me to return them because of the costs involved and offered me 50% refund of the price I paid. I did this but later regrette it because I was left with a pair of slippers that don't fit. I don't like to return things, but I still had to get a pair of slippers that fit elsewhere."

"Do not recommend. When I placed my order the product showed in stock, then I receive an email 4 days later saying it was backordered and then I receive an email almost a month later that my order was cancelled. My credit card was charged at the time the order was placed, waiting on refund, hope I don't have to dispute with my credit card company.

"Placed an order for 9x a puzzle. Received 1 puzzle wrote them was told they contacted the warehousing they were looking into it. With in 24 hours I had sent them pictures of what was sent. I was then told that they would ship the raining 8 items. It has been over a week since I received my 1st item and almost a week since I was told I would receive a tracking number I still have no tracking number and when I ask them all I get is I will be in touch when I have tracking and thank uiu for your patience. I told them I needed the rest of myborder by the 14th did not happen. We just had our family Christmas party and because some family live out of town I have to special ship their Christmas presents at extra cost to me because pf their mistake "

"Shady, shady, shady. I ordered two 3 packs of an item (PC fans) and instead received two individually packaged versions of the item (with a much lower value, obviously). Merchant refuses to issue a return label or fulfill the order for 3 packs, claiming that the package was \"shipped correctly\" and making bizarre claims that the 3 pack isn't really a 3 pack. For now their support has stopped responding to me."

"I am very disappointed in this store. I did not order the items that I was shipped. I was initially going to buy them and had them in the cart; however, I found something cheaper that met my needs better. I did not submit the order but somehow it went through. I didn't know until after the 30-day window to return merchandise had passed that I couldn't return it. No customer service. I will not be doing business with this store again."
