The person I spoke to really didn't want me to return them because of the costs involved and offered me 50% refund of the price I paid. I did this but later regrette it because I was left with a pair of slippers that don't fit. I don't like to return things, but I still had to get a pair of slippers that fit elsewhere."

"I am very disappointed in this store. I did not order the items that I was shipped. I was initially going to buy them and had them in the cart; however, I found something cheaper that met my needs better. I did not submit the order but somehow it went through. I didn't know until after the 30-day window to return merchandise had passed that I couldn't return it. No customer service. I will not be doing business with this store again."

"For some reason I placed my order BEFORE I read the reviews for this seller. After reading the reviews I became really worried about how this transaction was going to go. I even tried to see if there was a way to cancel the order before it shipped. I'm glad I could not find that way. I received my order before the date that was listed and my fragile glass product came in perfect condition. As another reviewer mentioned, the seller may have taken complaints seriously and acted too correct the problems. I am very satisfied with my order."

"Item arrived small Baptism cross, looks perfect in the picture. It arrived in time, during Christmas which was appreciated. However, upon opening it found there were what looked like 4 small mold spots on the front of the cross. The attachment on the back for hanging was crooked, so would not hang straight. Sadly due to it being the Holiday season, by the time I got back to it I had missed their 30 day window. Not sure about other products, but I encourage due diligence and buyer be ware what you see is not necessarily what you will get. "

"Accidentally bought the wrong color and realized as soon as I purchased it. All would have been well if I could have just cancelled the order, but nope. Wait until you get the item to return it. Welp, got the item, tried to return it, and sure enough, they don't return furniture. It says this all the way at the bottom of their return policy-- AFTER the other parts that say \"when you return furniture...\" So lame, wish I would have trusted my gut and gone with Amazon!"

We do not cancel orders pre-shipment at this time. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy allows) for a refund.

Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including a return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please - Always provide a valid phone number so that we can contact you to schedule delivery.


Freight & Shipping Charge Policy

All items sold by UnbeatableSale.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from unbeatablesale.com are shipped via UPS. Please allow 3-8 Business days for your order to ship and for any additional transit time.

There will be a $15 Surcharge to reroute any package for any reason.

Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will email you to let you know. Extra heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier, or Truck Freight and may take some extra time to arrive. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all furniture items to ship. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Many of our items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the continental United States.

Return Policy:

Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.

  • We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products that have been opened.
  • We will not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after October 30. Also, We will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn't meet your full satisfaction.


  • Delivery and Damaged Shipments

  • Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you.
  • Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.
