I have used this product for several years however, I am not sure what is going on with the customer service/delivery at this company. This is 2nd shipment in a row that is late with no notice to the consumer. This has happened in past but was mostly during the pandemic....this should not be an ongoing issue. I placed this order 7/4/2024 with estimated arrival, 8/5/2024. It is 8/9/2024 and I have not been updated on shipment/delivery or pending arrival.

No moisture control

I ordered the custom cocktail in the summer, when i received the product it was already starting to clump up from the humidity in the air. The custom cocktail doesn’t come with with moisture absorption packs like the regular bottles of isotonix does.

Certain ingredients may be more prone to clumping in humid or warm conditions. Storing it in the fridge can help, and we'll pass on your feedback about moisture packs to Quality Control.
