Directions for Use
Pour 3 small capfuls (9.9 g) of Isotonix® Bromelain Plus powder into your favorite cup.
Add 6 fl oz (180 ml) of water and stir until fully dissolved.
Maximum absorption occurs when taken on an empty stomach. If mixed with other Isotonix products, add 2 oz of water for each capful.

What is the best way to store this product?
Keep Isotonix stored in a dry, cool place. If Isotonix is stored in the kitchen, keep it away from the stove, sink, heat-generating appliances and window ledges. If you live in a very humid area, you may store Isotonix products in the refrigerator – but not in the fruit and vegetables area.
Where does bromelain come from?
Bromelain is found in every part of the pineapple, although it is most plentiful in the stem. Most commercially grown pineapple is sliced, canned or juiced. The remains are rich with this bromelain, which is then extracted. Originally used as a meat tenderizer because of its ability to break down proteins, research now shows that powdered bromelain supports various aspects of health. *

I notice a lot less soreness if I take a serving of this after I do a weight lifting workout. The flavor is great by itself or mix it with Trim Team for a nice refreshing drink.

Giving a 4 because it’s only day 1. I need to know if I can mix the product into juice for my son (he is adult size). He won’t drink it as is.

Thank you for your review of Isotonix® Bromelain Plus and for giving it a try! We recommend mixing the product with water for the solution to be considered isotonic. However, if the flavor is an issue, the product can also be mixed with other Isotonix products to enhance the flavor. Some products that are good for that is the Vit D as well as the multi-vitamin. Please be sure to run any supplements for him through his treating physician to ensure the safest consumption. Also be sure to use the correct amount of water per serving for best delivery of nutrients. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
