A: You will receive a confirmation email from SHOP.COM within minutes of successful order placement.
Q: When will the eGift card recipient get the eGift card?
A: A second email from [email protected] with Redemption Instructions and URL will be delivered within 60 minutes*
Q: What do I do if I don't get a confirmation e-mail, or the recipient doesn't get their eGift card?
A: If you have issues receiving your email, send an email to [email protected]
Q: Can I return an eGift card?
A: There are no returns and no refunds on eGift Cards. SHOP.COM is not responsible for stolen or misplaced PINs.
