Preparation Instructions

Organic Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts:
Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Remove chicken breast from pouch and place onto baking sheet. Bake for 15–20 minutes.

Air Fryer: Preheat to 375°F. Remove chicken breast from pouch and place into air fryer basket. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through.

Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat until hot, but not smoking. Remove chicken breast from pouch and place into skillet. Cook for 10–15 minutes, flipping chicken halfway through.

For Safety, Must be Cooked to an Internal Temperature of 165°F as Measured by Use of a Thermometer.
