So be it: therefore they get my loyalty and my business, even when I travel to areas that have a variety of stores to choose from. Besides being the best of an extremely limited field they are clean with courteous staff and quality products. I am especially pleased with their Great Value store brand of products. I actually prefer several of the GV product over the name brand."

"So sorry to see the many changes at Walmart.com including no rewards on a long list of product categories for thousands of products. Also many items which previously shipped are now only available for pick-up at some stores but not the store closest to me. I was a faithful shopper but will have to find other places to buy the items I previously purchased at Walmart. Sad!"

The product turned out to be a fake and the manufacturer would not cover its warranty when it broke within a few months of purchase. I filed a complaint with Walmart and they ignored me. I was forced to buy a new one directly from the mfr."

"So sad that it's now even difficult to get in-store pick up the same day even when a small order is placed in the wee hours of the morning. Sadly to say, my 5 item order wasn't even ready by 8:00pm when placed at 4:30am. And again, the following week, an order for just dog food which was suppose to be available \"same day\" wasn't ready until the next day. Order was placed 8:00am. There is absolutely no excuse. I can get better service at Target.

In the case of \"Supernatural; Fifth Season\", when comparing stores, I see the best price is from Walmart for $19.96 but when I click on it, I can only purchase it for $42.96. That's a big big price jump and it's happened in more than a few instances. I'm not fooling with this store anymore."

Additionally, I had ordered a box of 3-prong pocket folders but instead I received pocket folders without the prongs. It was very frustrating because the point of ordering online was to avoid the back-to-school hustle and bustle in the store- which is what I ended up facing! I did receive a refund but the excuses as to why my order was incorrect was definitely unacceptable! "
