"I joined Market America in November 1995 in the warehouse as a Temp. My role was to process invoices and fill orders to ship out to our customers and Unfranchise Business owners. During my time in this role, my goal was to learn the business and move up in the company to assist the Customers and Unfranchise Business owners with outstanding service. I was recommended for a position that became available in Unfranchise Services in Dec. 1995 as a rep taking inbound calls. I enjoy what I do and am always looking to be better than I was the day before. My managers and leaders were and are still great people to be around, they interact with you and push you to greatness when they see the strength that lies within you. I am now the Floor Leader in Unfranchise Services –To better assist our UFO’s/ Customers and to ensure that we are 'Astounding them with Outstanding Service'."
