What Is Vitamin K? Vitamin K Benefits and How Vitamin K Functions to Support Vitamin D

Of all vitamins, A through E, there is one that you may not be as familiar with as, say vitamin C or the B-Complex. That is vitamin K. And what is vitamin K? It is a fat-soluble nutrient that plays a role in supporting healthy bones, and may also help support cardiovascular health.*
There are two primary forms of vitamin K: phylloquinone, or vitamin K1, and menaquinone, or vitamin K2. Vitamin K2 is the form of this nutrient that is found in Isotonix® Vitamin D with K2 supplement.
