"This site has been horrific! I have been locked out of my account and there is no customer service whatsoever! Additionally, all of my reservations made were randomly cancelled and Booking.com can offer no help or technology fix. I will NEVER use this site again. They completely messed up any plans that I had made without notice. HORRIBLE! Wish I could leave zero stars or a negative amount. I talked to multiple reps and they are useless. "
