"I ordered a curtain rod from Boscovs. After a couple of weeks it finally arrive, or should I say, the box the manufacturer packaged it in arrived inside the shipping bag. There was no curtain rod. Clearly, someone had removed the rod and shipped me the empty box. No way it was an accident. I called the company, but their via phone customer service was no longer open due to Covid-19. They said to email them, so I did. The reply I got was to call customer service, or email them! I will be contacting my credit card service for resolution.
