Have one packet in water every morning before coffee. Better than taking individual vitamins every day. I also purchase the Magnesium and B12 powders. Have these at night before bed. Great product. Love the convenience of the packets. Subscribe for 30 day supply.

This batch was not up to par. The packets are chunky. The powder is clumped and have to crush it in order to add to the water. First time received like this. Initially thought they were expired or exposed to humidity maybe.
