I have been taking Women's Health for the past 5 years, and before that I took the Daily Essentials. I feel wonderful all day and never get tired in the afternoon. I always take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and I feel the effects immediately. I feel great all day! I highly recommend this for women in their 30's and older. Love it!
