Directions for Use
Pour one small capful (3.3 g) of Isotonix® Activated B-Complex powder into your favorite cup.
Add 2 fl oz of water per capful and stir until fully dissolved.

What does "Activated” refer to in Isotonix® Activated B Complex?
Activated refers to the active forms of vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid. Using forms other than these activated forms requires that the vitamins be enzymatically activated prior to utilization by the body. Not only does this take time and energy within the body, but there are circumstances when this reaction is either slowed or inhibited.
What is the source of the vitamin B12 in Isotonix Activated B Complex?
Vitamin B12 comes from bacteria. B12 in our diet can come from eggs or meats, or by taking a supplement. Vegetarians are recommended to take a B vitamin dietary supplement due to their lack of meat intake.
Why are B vitamins so important in the aging process?
B vitamins are important and necessary for numerous metabolic processes within the body. As people age, the ability to absorb vitamins decreases and reduced levels of these vitamins have been associated with impaired cognitive performance, including vitamin B12. B12 plays a critical role in promoting normal energy production and nervous system function.
Is it toxic to take too much vitamin B12?
Vitamin B12 has not demonstrated any form of toxicity. As always, we only recommend the product to be taken as directed in the instructions.
What is the best way to store this product?
Keep Isotonix stored in a cool, dry place. If Isotonix products are stored in the kitchen, keep them away from the stove, sink, heat-generating appliances or window ledges. If you live in a very humid area, you may store Isotonix products in the refrigerator — but not in the area for fruits and vegetables.

Activated Isotonix Bcomplex was the first supplement I tried 26 years ago. Working long hours and being present for our 2 young children, it was important I maintained a patient mood, had energy, and could focus. I have been taking for many years but the last bottle I got had lumps in the bottle like it had been placed in a humid area and I called my Isotonix representative and told her about it and she said she would have someone call but no one called. The bottle was hard to measure out with all the lumps in the bottle of the product. I was hoping I would have heard back and possibly offered a free bottle but nothing
