Very hard to measure the powder its so fine that its spills over the cap, not sure if I'm using too little or too much. This is my first time using the over 50 brand, what's changed with the texture? Not sure if I will buy this again.

I am a 62 years young. With this product it me more vitamins and minerals which they knew we would need, at are age. This is one supplement I don't miss taking daily. I wish it came in a 90 serving instead of just a 45 serving. So I change it in my morning Daily Essential routine

Perfect combination for elderly people I am 79 and I love taking them as my main multivitamin every day however they been on back order too long. Don’t know what to think.
