I feel completely ripped off. I thought I was purchasing a $25 giftcard to use on the shopify shop app but instead I purchased a giftcard from a site that is of no interest to me and I never received a digital giftcard after my payment. They sure took the money though. I feel scammed. I bought a $25 digital giftcard that I never recieved under the guise it was for a completely different platform. Im sure others have done this.

REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE

the gift card was never sent to the person, I had to call to have them resend it. She tried to use the card and was told It cannot be used on Shop.com global. She called them and then they said she had to get a pin number from the registration link. Well the link to register the card did not work My friend said they are so polite on the phone, but the customer service sucks. I really just want a refund at this point. I will be calling them Monday

I want to use e-cards for my customers as thank yours and for family gifts, but everyone has had trouble using the codes. Is there a way to send the card to the purchaser so we can forward the card with the link active? I may be doing this wrong, but it would be nice to be able to print these out and have them just go to my shop.com site and enter the code instead of needing it digitally.
