My question is...I am 72 and constantly drinking water all day but still feel dried out. I run a receiving department for a retail store in the midwest. Temperatures crazy up and down. I have been drinking Core. So is this product good for me even though I don't work out? UP AT 4:00AM, work from 5:00AM to 2:00-3:00PM.
