TLS Protein Short Bread Cookies Phase 2
1/2 Cup of Cocnut Flour ( use less and add Quniao Flour, Flaxseed Flour)
2 Tbls. arrowroot or tapiocca flour
1/4 Cup of fine Coconut sugar
Pinch of salt
2 scoops of TLS Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Mix
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Insturctions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all dry ingredients
Make sure Coconut oil is melted or in liquie form
Add Liquid Mixture together with the dry
Use a fork to mix all ingredients.
Mix till mixture is forming clumps
add more cocnut oil if still dry.
use 2 table spoons to form cookies
put on stick free cookie sheet or wax paper.
place in ovev for 6 to 8 mins until brown.
