"Do NOT shop at this store. I bought a washer/dryer combo on 10/30/21. It was delivered and installed (2 wks), but they never credited my account with the commissionable points! I made sure I did everything right and even paid a little extra on this site than on Home Depot, because it offered 5% commissionable points instead of 1%. It took over 3 months for them to respond to Shop.com's inquiry when they said I used an outside coupon (I did NOT), or did not purchase through my shop.com site (I DID). I will NEVER shop at this store again and I will make sure none of my customers shop here either!"
