I understand the sourcing, the manufacturing, the EPA/DHA proportion compared to other products. Knowing I cannot freeze this because it is pure oil compared to others on the market that may have some additives, assures me of its integrity. Others on the market are sourced from bigger fish that absorb toxins quickly. Plus knowing the Vitamin E protects the product from rancidity gives me comfort that this is a reliable product. I take a few each day to help support BP levels, brain health, and joint flexibility.

I'm the person that don't like to swallow especially this size of the fish oil....However, if not because of the training and finding for my good fat, I won't bother to take serious look into this.. Plus, I'm a vegetarian but for this omega III, I have to make an exception for my health and ever since many years, I've never dropped to take this for my vision health, brain health, and joint health and definitely overall health. This product works for what it mentions to my needs and that's why I am still in it. No comparison no appreciation. I truly love this to help and assist my needs for the daily nutrient foundation.
