What are the two factors that play into the continuous replenishment of NAD in the cells?
The consumption and synthesis of NAD are two factors that play into the concentration levels of NAD within cells. There are three pathways responsible for maintaining this balance: the Preiss-Handler pathway, the de novo biosynthesis pathway and the salvage pathway. Each of these pathways works in different ways to help the precursor NR, as well as other NAD precursors, convert into NAD for the body’s cells. The NAD precursor NR is specifically linked to the salvage pathway.

I love NAD. My problem is the price. I think NAD cream is over priced for the size.

I was very excited to try out this duo and took photos of my face, hands and forearms to compare with photos after 30 days. Alas, probably due to my also taking the Vitamin B Complex, I found that these products irritated my skin, turning my face bright red and prickly feeling for several hours. The extra doses of niacin are just too much for me and I've passed the products on to a friend. I'm sad that I won't get to see any benefits of using the duo! I trust others will have better results.
