Directions for Use
30–60 minutes prior to bedtime or at least 45 minutes after weight training/aerobic exercise activity, pour one scoop of Prime Secretagogue into your favorite cup.
Add 8 to 10 fl. oz. of water and mix thoroughly until all powder is dissolved.
Drink and enjoy! For best results, do not eat or take any supplements 1 1/2 to 2 hours prior to or after use. Take consecutively for six days, skip the seventh day, and repeat.

Can I have my serum growth hormone levels done by my doctor to see if Prime is working?
Try the product for three months and assess how you feel. If you notice benefits, keep using it. Note that some users have had unreliable HGH test results due to inconsistent lab methods. For accurate HGH tests, do them while fasting early in the morning and avoid carbs for three hours beforehand. Since HGH surges come and go quickly, blood tests may miss peak levels, so also check your IGF-I levels, as increases reflect HGH activity. Stop the product for at least two weeks and then start Prime after your baseline blood tests have been done. After staying on Prime consistently for one to three months, you should get your blood test done one to two hours after Prime ingestion. Measuring HGH and IGF-I levels at different intervals while on Prime will serve no purpose. What you want to see is an increase in HGH and IGF-I levels in your blood while on Prime compared to while off Prime.
