Preparation Instructions:
Antibiotic-Free Super Trimmed Chicken Breasts: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration until fully thawed.
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly coat chicken breasts with cooking oil on both sides; season as desired. Place on a baking pan uncovered and bake for 15–20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Grill: Preheat grill to 400°F. Lightly coat chicken breasts with cooking oil and seasoning. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly coat chicken breasts with cooking oil and seasoning. Cook for 7–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Always let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Premium Pork Ribeye Steaks: Thaw under refrigeration and use within 3–5 days.
Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium-high heat, pork ribeye and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 7–10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place product on a foil-lined baking sheet. Cook for 12–20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high. Grill for 5–6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
Always allow to rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Black Angus Ribeye & Chuck Beef Burgers: Can be cooked from a frozen state. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F.
Grill or Broil: Grill or broil frozen burgers for 5–6 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Pan Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add frozen burgers and pan fry for 6–8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place frozen burgers in air fryer and cook for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
Black Angus Jumbo Beef Hot Dogs: Heat until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
Grill: Use both direct and indirect heat whether using gas, charcoal or wood. Sear the hot dogs over direct heat then move to indirect heat to finish cooking.
Pan Fry: In a pan using medium heat, pan fry hot dogs until golden brown and warmed through.
Stove Top: Place hot dogs in a saucepan of boiling water. Return to boil, cover, remove from heat. Let stand for 7 minutes.
Microwave: Place hot dogs in a bun, wrap in a paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 30–40 seconds.
